This interview with Master Chocolatier, Amy Jo, had my mouth watering the entire time. I am so ecstatic to be able to share her company Valenza Chocolatier with you all! She walks us through her unique story and the dramatic life shift that led her to leave her commercial financing career, become a Master Chocolatier, and launch her company Valenza Chocolatier.
Amy Jo gives us a quick lesson in the different qualities of chocolate, how she incorporates her Sicilian heritage into every chocolate she makes, what makes her chocolates so unbelievably good, how she experiments with new flavors, the various awards her chocolates have won over the years and her holiday collection that is now available online!
